There is currently no certification process for agents that specialize in waterfront real estate. Our database of roughly 5000 agents consists entirely of agents that have made a declaration that they specialize in waterfront real estate and/or have experience selling waterfront real estate. We can have a licensed waterfront specialist interview various agents on your behalf. What if I cannot find waterfront real estate in the area I am searching?

Yes. You can offset the cost of your Local Ad Link advertising by selling advertising to other agents/brokers with waterfront listings. You may sell as many ads to agents with waterfront listings as you wish. Since we offer a complete internet advertising solution it should be an easy sale and the commissions are generous. Can I upload international waterfront listings?
No. At this time please limit listings to the United States. Local Ad Link will be taking their advertising platform internationally within a year. At that time we will begin to allow international waterfront listings. Back to top

Does Waterfront Real Estate, LLC charge referral commissions or fees?
Leads generated on destinationwaterfront.com and realestock.com will be forwarded directly to advertisers free of charge. In the future we will have a guaranteed leads program for waterfront listings $2,000,000+. This program will have a charge for guaranteed leads. No details are available at this time. If there are no advertisers in the area potential clients are seeking to buy or sell waterfront real estate, the leads will be given to a qualified agent in our waterfront specialist database. If a potential client seeking to buy or sell waterfront real estate specifically asks us to interview agents/brokers to help them find a waterfront specialist the potential client will be directed to a licensed waterfront referral specialist. The chosen agent will be asked to pay a 25% referral commission to the broker of the waterfront referral specialist. The 25% commission may be negotiable. Back to top

DestinationWaterfront.com is in the soft launch phase. This means our primary goal is to get as many waterfront listings on the site as possible and then add features based on user feedback.
